Opportunity for professional development in the renovation sector A growing renovation company is looking to hire a Budget Technician to prepare budgets, perform measurements, and support construction project management. The selected candidate will work alongside the technical team, participating in tender preparation and cost control for renovation projects. Main Responsibilities * Preparation of renovation budgets (residential properties, commercial premises, etc.) * Measurements based on drawings * Requesting quotations from suppliers and subcontractors * Preparing comparative analyses * Supporting on-site cost control * Reviewing and monitoring budgets Requirements * Education in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or related field * Intermediate level of Excel proficiency * Knowledge of **Presto** or **Arquímedes** is desirable * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Motivation to learn and grow within the sector ⭐ Preferred Qualifications * Prior internship experience in a construction or renovation company * Basic knowledge of measurements and budgeting * Interest in cost control Salary: €18,000.00–€25,000.00 per year Benefits: * Flexible working hours * Shorter working day on Fridays * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Free parking Work Location: On-site employment
