Main responsibilities include: * Loading/unloading steel coils (up to 26 tons) using a bridge crane and forklift. * Loading trains and trucks. * Handling pallets, wire rod coils, tied bars, etc., using a front-end forklift. Working hours: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts from 06:00\-14:00 and 14:00\-22:00. For the first days (2\-3 days), the new hire will work split shifts from 08:00\-12:00 and 14:00\-18:00 until fully autonomous. Initial contract will be through an ETT (Temporary Work Agency) for 9\-12 months, with potential transition to an indefinite-term contract based on performance.
