Currently, we are looking for a talented BIM Modeler to join our team. **Responsibilities** ---------- **Your Mission:** Interpret and model assigned projects, manage procurement of required products according to client and PMG specifications, and design solutions meeting client needs. **Your Responsibilities:** * Design and model 3D HVAC and Piping projects using Revit. * Create detailed drawings and custom components for project assembly and execution. * Update 3D models and produce As-Built models per technical specifications. * Manage supplier demands to ensure timely delivery of required products. * Perform lighting studies and generate static images to meet requests from clients and internal departments. **Requirements** -------------- * **Experience:** 1\-2 years as a Systems Modeler, Architectural Modeler, or similar role. * **Education:** Vocational Training Certificate (CGS) in Construction Applications and Project Development, Mechanical Manufacturing, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or Architecture. * **Knowledge:** Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and Navisworks.
