DESCRIPTION Audal is seeking a **Backhoe Operator** with proven experience in operating heavy machinery. The selected candidate will be responsible for operating backhoes across various projects, ensuring correct execution of assigned tasks and compliance with established safety standards. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Safe and efficient operation of backhoes on construction sites. * Execution of excavations, earthmoving, and leveling. * Collaboration with the construction team and adherence to the site supervisor’s instructions. * Compliance with safety protocols and current regulations. ### **Offered** * Immediate hiring REQUIREMENTS ### **Mandatory Requirements** * Valid C+E driving license. * Certification or operator’s license for earthmoving machinery. * Minimum two years’ prior experience operating backhoes. * Knowledge of occupational risk prevention applied to heavy machinery. * Commitment, responsibility, and ability to work in a team. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in civil works, urban development, or industrial environments. * Additional PRL training (20h or 60h). * Availability for travel and shift work.
