We are seeking 2 professionals to provide support to individuals living autonomously. Main responsibilities include: * Accompaniment during travel and/or medical appointments * Household task organization: preparing shopping lists, accompanying to shops, supporting the creation of healthy meal plans... * Social support: conversation, walks, leisure activities... * Identification of community resources * Supervision of medication administration. **Profile:** * Vocational Training Qualification (Medium Level) in Dependency Care or (Higher Level) in Social Integration * Availability to work Monday through Friday, either mornings or afternoons (1 vacancy for mornings, 1 for afternoons). * Prior experience working with people with disabilities will be valued. * 20-hour weekly schedule **Competencies:** Problem analysis and resolution, Initiative and autonomy, Flexibility, Ability to lead initiatives, Organization and planning, Technical and personal reliability, Interpersonal communication, Diplomacy and discretion, Negotiation ability **Level:** Employee **Contract Type:** Part-time **Duration:** 6 months to 1 year **Salary:** Less than €12,000 gross/year **Minimum Education:** Vocational Training – Medium Level **Minimum Experience:** At least 1 year **Start Date:** 10/06/2026 **Number of Vacancies:** 2
