At Hotel Alicante Golf, we are seeking to hire a **Maintenance Technician** to ensure the proper functioning of our facilities and deliver the best experience to our guests. **Main responsibilities:** * Preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities (electricity, plumbing, air conditioning, etc.) * Repair of malfunctions in guest rooms and common areas * General condition monitoring of the hotel * Coordination with external suppliers when necessary * Compliance with safety and maintenance regulations **Requirements:** * Prior maintenance experience, preferably in hotels or similar buildings * Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, and air conditioning * Problem-solving, responsible, and team-oriented individual * Flexible working hours **We offer:** * Temporary contract with possibility of conversion to permanent * Positive and supportive work environment * Opportunities for professional development within the company * Salary commensurate with experience and collective agreement We look forward to welcoming you!
