Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Architect or Junior Technical Architect to comprehensively manage store maintenance and develop new projects. Key Highlights: 1. Proactive attitude, motivation to learn, and collaborative work We are currently looking to hire a Junior Architect or Junior Technical Architect for our offices in Barcelona. **What will you do?** * Comprehensive management of maintenance for company-owned stores and offices nationwide and internationally: coordination with suppliers, incident tracking and follow-up on completed work, billing control and management, among other responsibilities. * Development of new store projects, participating in design phases, plan drafting, and rendering. **Requirements:** * University degree in Architecture or Technical Architecture. * Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD. * Advanced proficiency in SketchUp and V\-Ray. * Proactive attitude, motivation to learn, strong communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively. * Prior experience and English language proficiency will be valued. **We offer:** * Permanent contract. * Working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM Monday to Thursday, and from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Fridays, with flexible start and end times. * Flexible compensation plan (healthcare, childcare, transportation, and meal benefits). * CLARÁ GROUP Benefits Club.
