**About the Team** =================== At Consoft, a company within the Glintt Life Group, we are seeking a Distribution Channel Sales Executive to drive the growth of our Farmatic solutions and strengthen relationships with distributors, customers, and key industry stakeholders. If you are passionate about business development, commercial management, and building trusted relationships with customers and partners, we are looking for you. **About the Role** ================ * Manage and develop commercial relationships with distributors and customers in your territory. * Identify new business opportunities and growth avenues. * Track commercial objectives, activities, and results. * Present solutions, innovations, and value propositions to customers and partners. * Coordinate with Product, Marketing, Support, and Operations teams to ensure the best customer experience. * Analyze market trends, competition, and sector-specific needs. * Prepare forecasts, portfolio tracking, and commercial reporting. **What We Are Looking For** =================== * Experience in B2B commercial management, business development, or distribution channel management. * Experience selling technological solutions, software, digital services, or technology products. * Ability to build strong relationships with customers, distributors, and partners. * Results-oriented mindset, negotiation skills, and business development capability. * Proficiency in CRM, Microsoft 365, and commercial tracking tools. * Knowledge of the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or pharmacy office solutions sectors is a plus. * English and/or Portuguese language proficiency is a plus. * Proactive, autonomous, customer-oriented individual with excellent communication skills. **Who We Are?** =================== We are Glintt Global, a leading technology company in the Iberian Peninsula, with over 30 years of experience developing innovative solutions that directly impact people's quality of life.
