Collaboration in construction projects within the Community of Madrid **Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in work related to rural development and nature conservation, seeks to hire 1 Architect to support project drafting and construction activities in the Community of Madrid. **Work Location** -------------------- * Community of Madrid **Functions and Responsibilities** ---------------------- * Drafting projects using BIM (Building Information Modeling) methodology in the fields of irrigation, infrastructure, and construction * Monitoring construction works using BIM methodology in the fields of irrigation, infrastructure, and construction * Reviewing projects * Updating regulatory standards **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing evaluation tests and/or attaching the necessary documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request at any stage of the process documentary evidence supporting the information provided in the application, as well as to require additional information from the candidate’s CV whenever such information is necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits detailed in this job posting. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Hold a degree in Architecture (MECES Level 3) or a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (MECES Level 3), or a Bachelor’s + Official Master’s Degree in Architecture (degree recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities) ### **Prior Experience** * Minimum of 2 years of professional and/or academic experience in construction-related activities ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Spanish Class B driver’s license, currently in force * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Revit (to be verified during technical assessment) * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Illustrator (to be verified during technical assessment) * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Cype MEP (to be verified during technical assessment) **Merit-Based Criteria (Evaluated)** ------------------------ ### **Additional Meritorious Factors** * Basic or advanced proficiency in AutoCAD (to be verified during technical assessment) * Basic or advanced proficiency in Presto (to be verified during technical assessment) * Advanced proficiency in Revit (to be verified during technical assessment) **Observations** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Fixed-term contract estimated to last 7 months, or substitution contract to temporarily cover 1 Senior Graduate position in Tragsa’s Construction Management Department until the final selection process for permanent staffing concludes. Contract type and duration will depend on the hiring reason, project needs, and circumstances of the selected candidate. + Full-time working schedule.
