What will be your responsibilities? * Reporting to the Technical Office Manager, you will be responsible for reviewing and correcting the drafting and design of assigned construction projects. * Prepare budgets in accordance with the current price schedule. * Conduct site visits to assigned projects. * Verify that the project is free of technical errors, especially regarding measurements and construction elements. * Evaluate the project’s compatibility with Plenergy’s model and standards, ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives and requirements. * In coordination with the site management team, establish priorities for work packages across various construction sites. * Propose alternative and constructive solutions to optimize project execution in terms of cost, schedule, and efficiency. * Collaborate on the technical management of contracts with suppliers and engineering consultants for the project. * Assume responsibility for incorporating modifications during the construction execution phase of assigned projects. * Report on the performance of external engineering firms. * Report on the status of various projects. **Requirements:** --------------- * University degree; architecture or building surveying preferred; engineering valued. * Experience in basic project management. * Knowledge of urban planning. * Advanced proficiency in PRESTO, AUTOCAD, and Office. * Valid driver’s license. * Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time. * **Work Mode: 100% On-site, at our offices located in Madrid, Arturo Soria area.**
