We are currently seeking two Java Application Technicians with experience in Oracle and Unix environments, strong analytical skills, and a focus on incident resolution, to join a support and maintenance project for one of our clients in Madrid. What are we looking for in you? Two to five years of experience in similar roles Knowledge and experience in Java maintenance Oracle database knowledge Experience providing support in Unix environments Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Orientation toward support, maintenance, and incident resolution Ability to work in critical environments and follow incident response procedures Availability to perform rotating on-call duties **Your responsibilities will include:** Handling and managing incidents related to the platform, whether reported by users or generated by automated alert systems Providing technical support to users and tracking incidents to resolution Analyzing problems and diagnosing root causes Developing and implementing corrective, evolutionary, and improvement actions on applications Analyzing and resolving incidents in Java, Oracle, and Unix environments Collaborating with various technical teams involved in platform support and maintenance Participating in the 24x7 on-call service, once the required training and autonomy have been achieved What do we offer in this position?
