Job Summary: Novercy is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer with experience in enterprise process automation and AI agent development to design and implement innovative solutions. Key Highlights: 1. Novercy seeks to bring onboard an AI Solutions Engineer with solid experience in enterprise process automation, system integration, and artificial intelligence agent development. This person will be responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing solutions that multiply the team’s operational capacity and also explore new product and service lines for Novercy’s clients. This is a high-impact role with substantial autonomy and direct visibility to leadership. It is not a support role—it is a creation role. **Key Responsibilities** **Internal Process Automation:** ---------------------------------------- * Analyze, design, and implement automations across the company’s core systems: CRM, Business Central (ERP), Factorial (HR), document management, and communications. * Identify operational bottlenecks and propose technological solutions. * Build integrations between systems using REST APIs, automation tools (Make, n8n, or others), and custom development when necessary. **AI Agent Development:** -------------------------------- * Design and build artificial intelligence agents to autonomously execute tasks. * Implement multi\-agent architectures using modern frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Claude API, OpenAI function calling, etc.). * Ensure agent reliability in production environments (monitoring, error handling, token cost optimization, and traceability). **Exploration of New Products and Services:** ------------------------------------------------ * Actively research AI applications for generating new services across diverse domains: technical research, detailed engineering, international expansion, and other strategic areas. * Propose initiatives with business rationale: impact justification, resource estimation, and implementation plan. * Collaborate with executive leadership to prioritize initiatives and align them with company strategy. **Candidate Requirements** **Essential Technical Competencies:** ------------------------------------------ * Advanced Python: scripting, automation, and functional application development. * Proven experience building AI agents using LLMs (Claude, GPT\-4o, Gemini, or others): tool calling, memory, RAG (Retrieval\-Augmented Generation). * Experience with agent frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or equivalents. * Enterprise system integration via REST/GraphQL APIs; familiarity with platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics 365 / Business Central, Factorial, or similar. * SQL and database management. * Proficiency in at least one no\-code / low\-code automation tool: Make (Integromat), n8n, Zapier, or others. **Desirable Technical Competencies:** ------------------------------------ * Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps). * Knowledge of Business Central / Dynamics 365\. * Experience with cloud deployment (Azure, AWS, or GCP). * Understanding of data architectures and pipelines. **Business & Soft Skills** ----------------------------------------- * Process analysis capability. * Strong initiative and autonomy. * Executive communication: ability to present initiatives with business-case logic (investment, estimated ROI, risk). * Tolerance for ambiguity and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Fluent technical English.
