




Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to handle telephone and email inquiries, manage documents, enter and update contractual data, and provide support for daily administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Telephone and email support for tenants 2. Document management and data updating 3. Administrative support in daily operations Administrative Assistant Responsibilities: - Telephone and email communication with tenants regarding contractual issues, technical issues, and commercial inquiries. - Document management in local network folders and physical files, in accordance with established procedures. - Entering into the company's system all information related to rental contracts, addendums, and terminations. - Updating data stored in the system. - Providing administrative support for routine daily operational tasks. Requirements: - Education in Administration. - 1–3 years of relevant experience; real estate sector experience is preferred.
