This role will handle order entry into the system and maintenance of the digital catalog, among other responsibilities. **Key details:** * Working hours: 39 * Location: Alicante **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** * Enter orders into the system, including item registration and automatic replenishments. * Send orders to suppliers and the Product Development department, as well as implement necessary modifications. * Validate different PVPs (Recommended Retail Prices) with buyers. * Prepare files for article coding, physical label requests, or supplier EAN association. * Prepare distribution plans and inform suppliers about box allocations. * Extract and link images for internal catalog creation. * Manage purchasing emails, provide store support, and process customer orders. * Adapt orders containing mixed supplier boxes within the system so logistics can process incoming goods. * Create intranet entries so other departments have visibility and can upload documentation or carry out required distributions. * Support buyers (photography, sample kits, listings). * Create and index orders in document management. **What are we looking for?** * Higher Vocational Training qualification, preferably specialized in Administration. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. * Graphic design and layout software experience is a plus. * English level B2\. **What can we offer you?** * Flexible working hours. * Flexible compensation (health insurance, meal vouchers, transportation allowance, childcare support, etc.). * Employee discount. * Personalized development plan and career progression within an international environment (JD Group). * Extensive training catalog covering both hard and soft skills. * On-site sports facilities. **About the group:** We opened our first Sprinter store in Valencia in 1995 and since then have grown into a destination for those passionate about sport and sportswear.
