We are seeking an **Accounts Payable Technician** to join the finance team and assist in managing supplier invoices, payments, and related documentation. This position requires accuracy, organization, and the ability to maintain orderly tracking of pending operations. Key Responsibilities * Register and review supplier invoices. * Verify data, amounts, and associated documentation. * Prepare invoices for approval and payment. * Keep accounts payable records up to date. * Reconcile invoices with purchase orders and internal documentation. * Follow up on outstanding invoices or discrepancies. * Communicate with suppliers regarding administrative billing matters. * Prepare periodic reports and lists for the finance team. Requirements * Education in accounting, administration, or a related field. * Prior experience in accounts payable or accounting functions is preferred. * Proficiency in Excel or similar tools. * Attention to detail and accuracy with financial data. * Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. * Strong Spanish language skills; English is a plus.
