Therefore, we require a professional for our **ACCOUNTING** department. **Responsibilities and duties**: \- Management of the company's general accounting. \- Recording and monitoring of income and expense invoices. \- Preparation of balance sheets, profit-and-loss statements, and control of payments and collections. \- Coordination with various agencies, such as the Property Registry or the Cadastre. \- Budget preparation. \- Filing and organization of accounting documentation. \- Tax management for the Andalusian Regional Government and local entities. \- Any other duties typical of accounting personnel. **We offer:** \- Full-time position. \- Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM\. \- Compensation: competitive salary. \- Sector-specific training. \- A healthy work environment focused on the well-being and professional development of each team member. **Requirements:** \- Organized, responsible, and punctual individual. \- Teamwork skills and empathy. \- Adaptability. \- Basic English proficiency. \- University degree related to the position. \- Experience in real estate development companies will be valued.
