Full-cycle management of judicial proceedings (drafting complaints, responses, appeals, procedural filings). Legal advisory services to clients in civil, labor, administrative, and commercial law. Management of administrative files: Immigration (nationality applications and residence permits), Social Security, Tax Authority, etc. Handling extrajudicial matters at notary offices (real estate purchases and sales, inheritances, etc.) Requirements: Practicing lawyer with courtroom experience in civil and labor proceedings. Experience in criminal law is a plus. Knowledge of civil, labor, and immigration law. Offer: Indefinite part-time contract. Salary according to collective agreement. On-site work in Cercedilla. Immediate start preferred.
