We are seeking a Clinical Laboratory Specialist or Clinical Biochemist for the Central Laboratory located in Alcobendas. A Clinical Laboratory Specialist or Clinical Biochemist The Central Laboratory offers a broad portfolio of diagnostic services, committed to excellence, innovation, and high-quality patient care. The selected professional will join a highly technified environment and actively participate in the supervision, validation, and interpretation of analytical results, contributing to the development and continuous improvement of diagnostic processes. **Key Responsibilities** * Professional validation and clinical interpretation of analytical results. * Technical and scientific advice to prescribing physicians, collaborating centers, and other healthcare professionals. * Participation in the implementation, review, and updating of technical procedures and analytical protocols. * Monitoring of quality indicators and participation in internal and external quality control programs. * Collaboration in innovation, automation, and process optimization projects. * Evaluation and incorporation of new diagnostic tests and analytical technologies. * Support for internal training activities and the laboratory’s scientific development. * Participation in quality accreditation and certification processes. **Requirements** * Bachelor's Degree / Graduate in Health Sciences. * Specialty qualification via MIR / FIR / QUIR / BIR in Clinical Laboratory Science or Clinical Biochemistry. * Minimum one year of experience as a Clinical Analyst. * Advanced Microsoft Office user. * English level B2 (desirable). **We Offer** * Integration into one of the leading private laboratories in the sector. * Indefinite-term full-time contract, with afternoon shifts Monday to Friday and one Saturday every three weeks in the morning shift. * Highly competitive remuneration and an excellent working environment. * Participation in technological innovation and scientific development projects. * A highly specialized and technified working environment. * A continuous training plan and professional development opportunities. * Opportunities for professional growth within an expanding organization. **Innovation, commitment to you, and customer support** -------------------------------------------------------- At Sanitas, we welcome you with open arms.
