Job Summary: We are seeking an Analyst with experience in HR or Reporting for the Compensation area, focused on the analysis and calculation of Variable Compensation Plans. Key Highlights: 1. Being part of a small team with an excellent working atmosphere. **Do you have experience as an Analyst in the Compensation area?** We are looking for you! **People Management** is an area dedicated to understanding and supporting our internal clients and employees. We are a team of approximately 60 people. From the **Objectives** department, we are seeking **an Analyst** with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role or prior experience in Human Resources. Within this team, we are responsible for analyzing and calculating the Variable Compensation Plans of the area. We also conduct comparative studies to help implement new, specific, and personalized compensation plans for each area and position. **What are we looking for?** * University Degree (Bachelor's) * At least 1 year of professional experience in Human Resources or Reporting * Advanced proficiency in Excel and Access * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Power BI * Knowledge of Python and SQL * Strong analytical capability * Good communication and interpersonal skills * Proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented individual * Profile with strong cross-functional and teamwork capabilities * Ability to automate variable calculations **Responsibilities:** * Support annual salary review processes, objective setting and evaluation, and variable compensation * Conduct analysis and definition of variables to maintain balance * Analyze and calculate existing variable compensation plans * Report directly to the department head **What do we offer?** * Opportunity to join a department closely aligned with internal clients and influential in key decisions regarding the company's compensation policy * Being part of a small team with an excellent working atmosphere * Competitive salary based on your experience **Our DNA:** Passion, Commitment, Innovation, Teamwork, Trust, and Responsibility.
