BeFind, a Personnel Selection Consulting firm, is seeking a **Training Coordinator \- LMS** for a training company in Madrid.
The selected candidate will be the primary operational account lead and will be responsible for understanding, internalizing, and aligning the client’s training department strategy with the entire team’s activities, ensuring implementation of all necessary milestones to achieve the training department’s defined objectives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Client liaison.
* LMS platform management: uploading courses and supplementary materials for training activities; creating courses as well as their integrated learning activities and training actions.
* Registration of courses notified to Fundae.
* Management, monitoring, and completion of training projects: e-learning, blended, in-person, and tele-presential—subsidized, private, or internal.
* Student enrollment in courses and sessions.
* Sending session announcements to registered participants, reminders, as well as post-training quality and NPS communications to measure training impact and participant satisfaction.
* Creation and publication of e-learning training courses, SCORM package testing, to be included in the client’s current training catalog and progressively updated.
* User creation within LMS platforms from the administrator profile, along with assignment of corresponding roles (learner, trainer, auditor, etc.) according to client needs and requirements.
* Closing and finalizing sessions in the campus: recording attendance and hours of in-person or virtual classroom training for participants.
* Completion of subsidized training courses on LMS platforms and Abilitia, with special attention to procedures and documentation required by Fundae.
* Generation of documentation for in-person subsidized, private, or internal training courses.
* Requesting and reviewing documentation for supplier accreditation, to comply with Fundae procedures and potential inspections of training activities.
* Generation of LMS platform reports regarding users, their training records, and courses or training plans.
* Management of learning helpdesk and technical support mailboxes to address questions or difficulties raised by collaborators.
**What Should You Bring?**
* University degree: Bachelor’s in Pedagogy, Psychology, Sociology, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Business Studies, Law, Marketing, or Higher Vocational Training Cycle.
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in comprehensive training project management.
* Proficiency with document management tools and cloud storage solutions (SharePoint, Google Drive, OneDrive, etc.).
**What Does the Company Offer?**
* Full-time position
* Working hours: Monday to Thursday (8:00\-17:00\) and Friday (8:00\-15:00\), with flexible scheduling
* Hybrid role in Madrid after initial training period
* Summer reduced working hours
* Salary: €21,000\-€23,000 gross annually (12 payments)
