Braun is seeking a Trainee for the **Central Technical Services Engineering** department. The start date is scheduled for **09/14**, with a minimum duration of 6 months on a full-time basis. This department plans, designs, and implements facility improvement projects for B. Braun in Spain, collaborating closely with various organizational areas. **Responsibilities:** * Develop, with guidance from your mentor, an industrial facility upgrade project. * Support Project Managers in studying and proposing new construction works or modifications to buildings and facilities (industrial and office sectors). * Collaborate in preparing budgets and project documentation for implementation. * Participate in identifying and selecting subcontractors and suppliers. * Assist in monitoring and tracking subcontractors regarding planning, costs, and execution quality. * Review technical solutions and assess their constructability. * Supervise and monitor the execution of assigned construction works. * Track projects technically, regarding timelines and budgeting. * Verify supplier documentation and compliance with applicable regulations. * Ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures related to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and Quality. **Requirements:** * Final stage of university studies in Industrial Engineering (preferably with specialization in mechanical or electrical installations) or equivalent. * Advanced level of English. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office tools. * Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations (e.g., GMP, FDA) is desirable. * Valid driver’s license. * Proactivity, commitment, and results orientation. * Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to dynamic environments. * Strong communication skills. * Planning, organizational, and analytical capabilities. **We Offer:** At B.
