It's what we do.** **Develop your career with us.** **What will you do?** You will join the People area, specifically the People Analytics team, delivering market value and intelligence to various business lines through data extraction, analysis, and transformation. Your responsibilities will include, among others: * Developing dashboards and data visualizations * Automating processes using programming and low-code tools * Conducting Data Analytics projects and preparing reports * Proposing and developing new ideas and projects * Reporting tasks **What do you need to know?** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Labor Sciences, HR, Economics, Business Administration (ADE), or related field. * Master's program / Bootcamp / specialized course in Data is mandatory. * Proficiency in Power BI is mandatory. * Advanced Excel skills are mandatory. * Programming knowledge and/or experience in Python/R is mandatory.
