Requirements: * Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Civil, Electronics, Instrumentation \& Control Engineering, or related fields, with specialization in Project Management, Contract Management, or Commercial Management. * Minimum 5 years of experience participating in the structuring of technical and commercial proposals within industrial, energy, construction, or engineering sectors. * Direct participation in the analysis of technical specifications and bidding documents. Development of conceptual or basic engineering for proposals. Preparation of detailed budgets. Evaluation of quotations from strategic suppliers. * Experience in bidding processes. * Participation in internal proposal review stages (Bid Review or technical committees). * Technical coordination with engineering, procurement, and finance departments. * Management and documentation of risks associated with proposals. * English level B2\+. Location: * 100% on\-site in San Sebastián de los Reyes, Spain. ###### **Technical Knowledge** ###### **Bidding Processes** ###### **EPC Projects** ###### **English** #### **Principal duties** * Analyze Go / No\-Go participation decisions jointly with Management. * Prepare work plans for each proposal, including internal schedules * Coordinate the technical disciplines involved and define internal review milestones. * Interpret technical specifications, administrative requirements, and contractual conditions. * Identify explicit and implicit requirements. * Detect technical, logistical, financial, and legal risks. * Propose exclusions, clarifications, and technical reservations. * Define conceptual or basic engineering according to project scope. * Validate design criteria and applicable standards. * Ensure technical compatibility among disciplines. * Document technical assumptions. Perform quantity take\-offs and quantity analysis. * Request and validate critical quotations. * Prepare direct, indirect, and overhead cost structures. * Incorporate provisions for identified risks. * Validate target margins with Commercial Management. * Prepare proposal risk matrices. * Evaluate probability and impact of risks. * Propose mitigation measures or financial provisions and escalate critical risks to Management.. * Participate in Bid Review committees. * Verify compliance with internal procedures. * Ensure traceability of calculations and documentation. * Control documented information versions. * Prepare final documentation according to client requirements. Provide technical support during meetings and negotiations. * Clarify technical queries after proposal submission. Conduct formal handover meetings. * Deliver risk matrices, assumptions, and exclusions.
