With over 70 years of experience and 24 production plants across Spain, France, Portugal, and Italy — and European presence through Blue Box Partners — we have become a benchmark for innovation, sustainability, and service in our industry. **What We Are Looking For?** A passionate **Process Engineer** focused on process optimization and automation for our plant located in **L’Olleria.** **Responsibilities** * **Process Optimization:** Analyze and propose improvements to workflows to increase efficiency, reduce time and costs, and improve profitability, using methodologies such as Lean, 5S, or SMED. * **Project Management:** Plan and execute industrialization projects for new products, related to quality, automation, and robotics implementation in production processes. * **Control and Compliance:** Ensure processes comply with quality standards. * **Multidisciplinary Collaboration:** Work with other departments to achieve more efficient solutions; support production management. * **Technological Innovation:** Participate in the development and implementation of new technologies and control systems. **Skills and Competencies** * Analytical thinking and ability to solve complex problems. * Interpersonal skills, assertive communication, empathy. * Proficiency in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, SMED). * Proactive and organized attitude. **Candidate Profile** **Academic Background:** * Industrial Engineering or equivalent. **Computer Skills:** * Microsoft Office Suite **Other Valuable Knowledge** * Knowledge and experience in robotics projects. * Familiarity with 5S, SMED, and Lean Manufacturing. **Languages:** * **English:** C1 level\. **Experience** * Between **3 and 5 years**. * Experience in robotics projects. **Personal Skills** * Analytical thinking and ability to solve complex problems. * Interpersonal skills, assertive communication, empathy. * Proficiency in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, SMED). * Proactive and organized attitude. **Additional Requirements** Residence: L'Olleria or surrounding areas. **Hinojosa Promotes** Innovation Culture: Work in an environment that values creativity and continuous improvement.
