Today expanding — tomorrow indispensable. #### **Your future responsibilities** Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will play a central role in the daily organization of operations: * Ensure administrative follow-up of multi-technical maintenance contracts. * Plan preventive and corrective interventions by technicians. * Manage intervention requests and monitor their proper execution. * Develop and update operational schedules. * Monitor quotes, purchase orders, and intervention reports. * Contribute to tracking performance indicators and contractual commitments. * Serve as the primary interface between clients, technicians, and suppliers. * Support service quality and customer satisfaction. #### **Profile sought** * Minimum qualification: post-secondary education (e.g., Business Administration Assistant, BTS SAM, SME/SMI Management, or equivalent). * Initial experience in a technical or maintenance environment is appreciated. * Strong organizational skills, rigor, and responsiveness. * Excellent interpersonal skills and service orientation. * Proficiency with office software (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint). * Fluency in Spanish (Catalan) and French is an essential asset. *We encourage applications from persons with disabilities.
