We are currently recruiting a Construction Site Manager for the Tarragona area, for an established company in the construction sector. **Your main responsibilities will be:** Planning, organizing, and supervising site works. Daily control of production and of all parties involved in the project. Economic management of the site, cost control, and adherence to the schedule. Coordination of subcontractors, material resources, and human resources. Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and prevention standards. Management and monitoring of procurement and materials. **What we expect from you** Minimum two years’ experience as a Construction Site Manager in Spain. Education in Building Engineering, Civil Engineering, Technical Architecture, or related field. Solid knowledge of planning, site control, and team management.
