**What will be your mission as a Demand Planner?**
As a **Demand Planner**, you will play a key role in demand planning and management to ensure product availability and optimize inventory levels, contributing to the business’s success.
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Analyzing and forecasting product demand using historical data, market trends, and other relevant factors.
* Collaborating closely with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to align forecasts with business objectives.
* Monitoring forecast performance and making adjustments to minimize discrepancies.
* Managing demand planning tools and systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data.
* Providing reports and analysis on demand and inventory performance to support strategic decision-making.
**What will make you succeed in this role?**
* Prior experience as a Demand Planner or in a similar role.
* Familiarity with our sector (Retail).
* Proficiency in demand planning and data analysis tools (Advanced Excel, SAP, Power BI, or others).
* Ability to interpret data and translate insights into concrete actions.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills, especially in multidisciplinary environments.
* Results-oriented mindset, with a proactive approach and agility in problem-solving.

* Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields.
* Demonstrable experience in demand planning or inventory management.
* Analytical thinking and strategic mindset, with strong prioritization and multitasking abilities.
