The Employee Advisory Partner of EULA acts as a trusted advisor to Munich Re employees in the region. Reporting to the Head of Employee Advisory, EULA, this role will provide guidance on complex employee issues and enquiries, playing a key role in providing day to day and strategic people solutions, that shape and influence all aspects of the Employee journey and an optimal employee experience, strengthening our positions as an employer of choice and supporting the business to achieve its goals.

* Advising on complex employee issues and managing employee relations cases
* Developing and implementing HR policies to promote ethical behavior, compliance, ensure risk mitigation, an optimal employment environment, and individual and business success.

Your Profile
* Overarching understanding of all HR processes and policies to be able to address most frequent employee enquiries
* Existing knowledge of labor / employment laws and employment regulations within the EULA region and their practical application in the workplace is preferred.

* Experience in process optimization, ensuring efficient and scalable employee advisory services
* Data\-driven mindset, leveraging HR analytics and case resolution metrics to enhance advisory outcomes
