Warehouse Manager
**Location:** Lliçà de Vall
**Department:** Supply \& Logistics
**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 14:00 and from 15:00 to 18:00
About the Position
We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead and coordinate operations across our central and outsourced warehouses, ensuring efficiency of logistics processes, stock control, and continuous optimization of operations.
The selected candidate will manage a multidisciplinary team (dispatch, coordination, receiving, and maintenance), guaranteeing compliance with quality standards, productivity targets, and customer service levels.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan daily production storage and assign storage locations.
* Organize daily route preparation and loading.
* Supervise and monitor stock levels, ensuring inventory accuracy.
* Coordinate and supervise receiving and dispatch operations.
* Manage relationships with subcontracted warehouses and logistics providers.
* Analyze logistics KPIs and prepare activity monitoring reports.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity and operational quality.
* Supervise proper management of items and locations in IT systems.
* Monitor and track the warehouse budget.
* Supervise billing for external logistics services.
* Ensure stock reconciliation across different management systems.
* Schedule shifts, vacations, and team resources.
* Manage reverse logistics and returns processes.
* Authorize batch release following validation by the Regulatory team.
Education
* Vocational Training Level II, COU, or equivalent qualification.
* Additional training in logistics, warehouse management, or supply chain management will be considered favorably.
Experience and Knowledge
* Experience in warehouse management and team coordination.
* Knowledge of logistics and warehouse management systems (WMS/SGA).
* Intermediate proficiency in computer tools and Microsoft Office.
* Experience in stock control, inventory management, and management of logistics providers.
