We are looking for a person to manage and coordinate transportation in Santa Perpètua de Mogoda. The role involves planning daily routes and optimizing available resources such as vehicles and schedules. You will also assign transport services to drivers and supervise their daily work, leading a team of 8 to 10 people, organizing their tasks and priorities. Key responsibilities include monitoring shipments to ensure adherence to schedules and service quality. You must also resolve operational incidents such as delays, vehicle breakdowns, or loading/unloading issues. You will coordinate with Customer Service, Warehouse, and Administration departments to ensure smooth operations, and manage subcontracted transportation when required. You will also oversee vehicle condition, maintain up-to-date information in internal systems, and propose process improvements. This is a temporary full-time position, Monday to Friday, on a split shift from 10:00 to 19:00, including a one-hour lunch break. * Prior experience in Traffic Operator, operational management, or within the transport and logistics sector. * Experience in monitoring and coordinating shipments and transport services. * Experience in temperature-controlled food transport is especially valued. * Basic knowledge of transport documentation and operations. * We seek a proactive individual with leadership ability and results orientation. * Living near the workplace is an advantage. * Spanish and Catalan \- Proficient in both spoken and written forms. * Intermediate or higher education in Transport, Logistics, or Administration.
