Currently, we are seeking a person for our **customer service department** to join our team. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Contact potential customers to offer security solutions. * Identify their needs and advise them on our alarm and video surveillance systems. * Handle objections, negotiate, and close sales. * Register and update information in our CRM. * Achieve sales targets with support from an established team. **What are we looking for?** * Experience in telesales (preferably in security, telecommunications, or technology sectors). * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Results-oriented mindset and motivation to achieve targets and earn commissions. * Basic knowledge of digital tools and CRM. **What do we offer?** * Temporary contract for IT. * Weekly schedule of **39 hours**.
