If you’re passionate about cloud architecture, seek an environment where your code makes a difference, and want to work side-by-side with an elite community of talent, this challenge is for you. ### **Your Mission** As a **Salesforce Senior Developer**, you will be a key contributor to the design, implementation, deployment, and documentation of strategic Salesforce projects—with a special focus on *Loyalty Management* platforms. Your main daily responsibilities will include: * **Designing and coding** robust technical solutions within the Salesforce.com ecosystem, acting both as developer and administrator using advanced Force.com, Flow, and Decision Tables. * **Co\-creating the product’s future**, collaborating closely with Product Owners, engineers, and *stakeholders* to define, clarify, and deliver functional and non-functional requirements from the backlog. * **Building high-impact code**, implementing and testing user stories using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Lightning Web Component Framework (LWC), JavaScript, and CSS. * **Modeling and planning**, researching and structuring the implementation of Epics and backlogs—leveraging your platform expertise to justify business-aligned solutions. * **Connecting ecosystems**, integrating Salesforce with external systems via development and consumption of REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and other compatible interfaces. * **Ensuring technical excellence**, guaranteeing strict adherence to team processes, coding standards, architectural design documents, and leadership guidelines. ### **Your Arsenal (What We’re Looking For)** To succeed in this role, you must possess a strong, autonomous technical profile: **Mandatory:** * **Extensive and Verifiable Experience:** A solid track record (\+7 years recommended) leading development on the platform. * **Technical Mastery of Salesforce:** Deep hands-on experience developing with **Apex, Lightning Components (LWC), and Advanced Salesforce Configuration**. * **Languages:** **Advanced English (C1\)** level, with full fluency for interaction in international environments. * **Location:** Residency or willingness to relocate to **Portugal or Spain**. * **Availability Hours:** Ability to operate within the **09:00–18:00** time window. **Desirable (Nice to Have / Especially Valued If You Also...):** * **Official Certifications:** Salesforce certifications such as *Admin*, *App Builder*, and/or *Platform Developer I (Dev 1\)*. * **Growth Mindset:** You’re passionate about continuous learning, sharing innovative ideas, and evolving alongside the team. ### **How We’ll Measure Your Impact** At Initium, we believe in transparency and purpose-driven results.
