Your primary daily challenges will be: * **Lead Design and Development:** Design and develop cutting-edge technical solutions using Force.com, Flows, and Decision Tables. * **Build with Excellence:** Implement and test backlog items by writing clean and efficient code in **Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Lightning Web Component Framework (LWC), JavaScript, and CSS**. * **Connect Ecosystems:** Robustly and seamlessly integrate Salesforce with external systems by developing and consuming **REST and SOAP APIs**. * **Collaborate in Agile Teams:** Work side-by-side with the *Product Owner*, engineers, and *stakeholders* to define, clarify, and deliver functional and non-functional requirements. * **Model the Future:** Research, size, and plan the implementation of complex *epics*, contributing your technical platform expertise to justify business-aligned architectural solutions. ### **Your Arsenal (What We’re Looking For)** ### **Mandatory (Key Requirements):** * **Proven, Hands-on Experience:** Extensive hands-on development experience within the Salesforce ecosystem (minimum recommended: \+4 years). * **Core Technical Proficiency:** Strong command of Apex, Lightning Components, Salesforce Configuration, and declarative flows. * **Languages:** Fluent/native level of **Spanish**, and an essential **Advanced English level (C1\)** for global technical communication. * **Location and Schedule:** Mandatory residence in **Spain or Portugal** (no other remote locations considered).
