**What are we looking for?**
**Position objectives:**
As a **Project Management Trainee**, you will join our Central Services department to support the planning, monitoring, and coordination of internal and cross-departmental projects.
Your mission will be to help ensure initiatives progress in an orderly, visible, and traceable manner, keeping key information up to date—including objectives, scope, milestones, tasks, risks, dependencies, decisions, and next steps.
You will participate in all phases of the project lifecycle and, with guidance from the team, progressively assume responsibility for coordinating work packages or limited-scope initiatives.
**Key responsibilities:**
* Provide strategic oversight and cross-functional coordination.
* Progressively assume coordination of initiatives by scope.
* Support project planning and monitoring.
* Maintain updated plans, tasks, milestones, and dependencies in Jira.
* Prepare meetings, document agreements, and track action items.
* Identify and record risks, blockers, and deviations.
* Prepare status reports and presentations.
* Organize project documentation.
* Collaborate on process improvement and standardization.
**Requirements:**
* Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in **Project Management or Project Leadership, PMO, Transformation, or Operations**, with the possibility of completing a **practical training agreement**.
* Completed undergraduate degree in **Business Administration and Management (ADE), Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Law, Communications, Technology**, or any discipline related to **project management, analysis, and planning**.
* Basic knowledge of project management and Agile methodologies.
* Prior experience is not required; however, internships, academic projects, or activities related to coordination, processes, or analysis will be valued.
* Corporate-level requirement: Adhere to defined security protocols under the ISMS, ensuring regulatory compliance regarding data protection, confidentiality, and information security; promptly reporting any security incidents and using information systems in accordance with the acceptable use policy.
