Project and Work Team Coordinator

At **EIA21**, a leading engineering services company for the industrial, energy, and petrochemical sectors, we are seeking a **Project and Work Team Coordinator** to join a major long-term project at the **Tarragona Industrial Complex**. Main responsibilities * Coordination and management of internal and external work teams (engineering and Repsol personnel). * Supervision and monitoring of industrial project execution. * Document management and material control. * Interpretation, review, and validation of technical documentation. * Custody and control of material-related certificates and associated documentation. * Supervision of quality standard compliance during execution. * Control and monitoring of safety performance by executing companies. * Implementation and management of work permits. * Acting as authorized applicant for work permits where applicable. University degree at intermediate level (Higher Technician or equivalent). Minimum **7 years** of experience in work team coordination and industrial project execution. Technical knowledge of: * Current regulations applicable to the Tarragona Industrial Complex. * Repsol’s design and construction specifications. * Industrial materials and metallurgy. * Equipment and control/power systems in petrochemical plants. * ECs and EDs. * Blueprint interpretation. Training in: * Basic Occupational Risk Prevention course. Other requirements: * Experience in work permit management. * Leadership and team coordination capabilities. * Orientation toward teamwork. * Valid driver’s license.
