Therefore, it is essential that our ERP systems be aligned and that our workflows become progressively more global and unified. For this reason, our Information Technology department is seeking three new professionals to help standardize payroll-related workflows across various strategic areas in SAP, managing multiple projects. **ABOUT THE PAYROLL TECHNICIAN ROLE** We are currently seeking a professional whose primary mission will be executing Human Resources Administration, Payroll, and Social Security processes. Key responsibilities include: * Drafting employment contracts, extensions, and conversions, and communicating with SEPE (Spanish Public Employment Service). * Social Security registrations (Siltra, Sistema Red). * Processing payroll incidents, verifications, payments, and closings for multi-collective-bargaining-agreement companies with large employee volumes. * Preparing termination settlements (finiquitos). * Managing loans, advances, and judicial garnishments. * Managing absenteeism, liaising with official bodies, and handling * Unemployment certificates. * Customer support and assistance. **WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?** * Higher vocational training degree (FP) related to these functions. * One year of experience is desirable. * SAP HR knowledge is a plus. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * Hybrid work model combining on-site and remote work. * A positive work environment and collaborative culture. * Ongoing mentoring and continuous learning opportunities. * Employee discounts applicable to yourself and up to three people of your choice (family members or friends). * Meal vouchers. * Discount portal for purchases with our partners (leisure, travel, shopping, etc.). * Flexible compensation allowing you to allocate part of your salary toward additional benefits. * Access to our employee wellness app.
