DESCRIPTION Prosegur, a global leader in security, is seeking a **Senior Oracle ERP Cloud Consultant** to join our Transformation team. Within Prosegur’s Transformation area, we execute diverse projects focused on process analysis, procedure optimization, task automation, user training, and participation and/or leadership in the implementation of various tools and software used across our 300+ companies in Europe, Asia, and the Americas. We are seeking senior profiles with proven experience in project management and leadership—especially within Supply Chain areas. Ideal candidates will be familiar with transformation activities and possess solid knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud. Fluent English is mandatory. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead and manage Oracle ERP Cloud implementation and enhancement projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and objectives. * Analyze and optimize business processes related to supply chain and other key functional areas. * Design and configure Oracle ERP Cloud solutions aligned with business requirements. * Collaborate closely with business teams to understand their needs and translate them into system functionalities. * Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. * Provide training and support to end users on Oracle ERP Cloud usage. * Participate in defining digital transformation strategies and selecting technological tools. * Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders. * Ensure quality and proper execution of all project phases. * Stay up to date with the latest Oracle ERP Cloud updates and best practices in supply chain management. **Requirements:** * Over 5 years of consulting or ERP implementation experience, with significant focus on Oracle ERP Cloud. * Demonstrated experience managing and leading transformation and/or software implementation projects. * In-depth knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud modules—particularly those related to Supply Chain Management (SCM). * Strong understanding of business processes in areas such as finance, supply chain, procurement, inventory, etc. * Experience in process analysis, optimization, and solution design. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple tasks simultaneously. * Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. * **Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory.** **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in large-scale digital transformation projects. * Oracle ERP Cloud certifications. * Familiarity with other enterprise management tools or complementary solutions. * Experience working in multinational and multicultural environments. * Knowledge of agile project management methodologies.
