Job Summary: We are seeking a microcomputer technician and network support specialist with experience in equipment maintenance, user support, and management of alerts and vulnerabilities. Key Points: 1. Experience in microcomputer tasks and technical support. 2. Management of alerts, vulnerabilities, and network cabling. 3. User support and log analysis. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: Microcomputer tasks (system imaging, cloning device images, replacing faulty hardware components, operating systems, workstation relocation, \-printer toner replacement…), monitoring review (Nagios, Centreon) and alert escalation. Script execution, user support, log analysis, network cabling management (data center, user workstations), USTIC vulnerability alert review. Inventory updates, administrative management of VNC, DNS, visibility settings, etc... DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Valid official certifications from Microsoft, Linux, or networking vendors REQUIRED EDUCATION: Intermediate-level IT qualification or higher YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THE REQUESTED PROFILE: Minimum 60 months of experience in a similar position
