We are currently seeking **a Manufacturing Engineer** for a major client in **Barcelona**. This is a permanent, long-term position with an important international client. Responsibilities: The selected candidate will perform the following duties: * Monitoring the manufacturing of components for the *EC launcher* * Technical review of system documentation: + Design Description Documents + Drawings and 3D models + Qualification plans + Manufacturing and testing procedures + Technical and structural integrity reports * Monitoring safety classification (PIC/SIC/SR) and supporting preparation of justification notes. * Contributing to equipment specification drafting according to **RCC‑MRx**. * Reviewing supplier documentation and supporting audits or manufacturing milestones. Qualifications: Degree in Mechanical, Nuclear, Aerospace, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or related field. Essential skills: * English: C1 * Demonstrable **4 YEARS’ experience in at least one** of the following fields: + Deep drilling + High-precision machining (sub-millimetric) + Dimensional inspection and use of **GD\&T** + Cleaning for ultra-high vacuum (UHV) compatibility + Welding or brazing and non-destructive testing (NDT) + Hot Isostatic Pressing (HIP) or hot diffusion bonding + Quality control for small or medium production batches + Assembly of piping systems * Knowledge of **at least one** of the following technical competencies: + CATIA V5 + ISO and/or EN standards + PLM systems + RCC‑MRx requirements + Safety classifications and their associated requirements * Experience reviewing engineering documentation and participating in *design reviews* (including Manufacturing Readiness Reviews). * Experience qualifying components per industrial standards. Desired skills: * Training in RCC‑MRx, ASME, EN standards, nuclear safety or qualification. * Knowledge of the **Pressure Equipment Directive (PED)** and related regulations. * Experience with processes and tools: DOORS, IDM, CTS, MDB, and their documentation workflows.
