From our Technology & Transformation team, we are looking for a dynamic and dedicated professional to join our Financial Control & ESG team, working hand-in-hand with our clients to ensure their critical processes run efficiently and securely, leveraging the best technologies available in the market. With an innovation-driven and data-integration-focused approach, we help organizations manage and control their risks, while embracing transformational challenges—ensuring their market positioning and preparing them to face future challenges. What’s the challenge? **Process Monitoring (Process Mining):** We help monitor operational processes. **Data & Analytics:** We support data clarity for decision-making. **Financial Digitalization:** We automate tasks through technology-based solutions. **AI Governance:** We implement tools to ensure proper compliance. **Access and Role Management:** We guarantee system security and control. Integrated Risk Management (IRM/GRC) You will serve as the direct client liaison, leading project management and responding to real-time demands. You will contribute to designing technology-based solutions, as well as planning and scoping risk-management projects for our clients. You will manage budgets, ensuring adherence to timelines and costs. You will be responsible for leading and overseeing work teams, fostering their professional development through training, mentoring, and customized career-path planning. How do we envision you? You have over 6 years of experience in technology projects, preferably in consulting environments, SAP implementations, GRC technologies (Archer, Workiva, SAI360, ServiceNow), process mining expertise (Celonis / Signavio), Analytics (Palantir Foundry), knowledge of financial processes and accounting close activities (Blackline), and regulatory compliance (GDPR / AI Act) (OneTrust, IBM Watson, SAS VIYA, etc.). Problem-solving skills, proactivity, and ability to propose alternatives. Proven capability in team management, task coordination, milestone tracking, and performance evaluation. Excellent communication skills and ability to interact clearly and effectively with clients and teams.
