Our ambition is to deliver long-term value—to our clients, to our professionals, and to society—as the world’s most recognized professional services firm. **What Are We Looking For?** We are currently seeking to hire a **Finance Consulting Manager** in Madrid or Barcelona, with over 7 years of consulting experience in national and international Finance function transformation projects. **The selected candidate’s primary responsibilities will include:** * End-to-end management of Finance function transformation projects, including: + Diagnosis of the Finance function from multiple perspectives: value creation, innovation, processes, organization & governance, information systems & data. + Definition of the Finance function’s transformation strategy and roadmap. + Design and implementation of new Finance operating models—including Shared Services Centers (SSCs) and Global Business Services (GBS)—from analysis, design, and business case development through to implementation support. + Design and reengineering of end-to-end finance processes, focused on improving effectiveness (value agenda), efficiency, and control. + Organizational transformation of the Finance function. + Digital Finance—integrated digital transformation of the Finance function leveraging emerging technologies and new ways of working, including AI at all levels of maturity. + Support/advisory services for change implementation and management, delivered via Finance Transformation Offices and PMOs. * Leading client engagement with CFOs and their direct reports. * Business development. * Leadership in shaping, managing, and preparing commercial proposals. * Team leadership—acting as a role model and mentor for managers and consultants. **Requirements:** * Proactive, innovative professionals eager to contribute to developing new solutions that accelerate our clients’ transformation journeys. * Minimum 7 years of prior experience in similar roles, managing programs in the areas listed above: + Diagnosis and transformation of the Finance function. + Analysis, design, and implementation of Shared Services Centers and/or GBSs. + Optimization and improvement of finance processes (PTP, OTC, RTR, etc.). + Organizational transformation of the Finance function. + Digitalization of the Finance function. + Value office within the Finance Transformation Office. * Demonstrated skills in project management, team leadership, communication, and leadership—and accustomed to collaborating in multidisciplinary environments with strong client orientation. * Very high-level stakeholder engagement capability; professionals experienced in interacting with CFOs, CTOs, and other members of executive leadership teams. * Advanced English proficiency (C1). * International project experience will be considered favorably. * Familiarity with and experience in one or more key Finance technologies—such as SAP S4/Hana FI-CO/PA, SAC, Blackline, Celonis, Power BI, OneStream, Kyriba, AI—will also be viewed favorably. **What We Offer:** * Continuous learning: You’ll develop the mindset and capabilities needed to tackle new challenges. * AI-driven innovation: EY leads global investment in AI applied to business processes and solutions.
