The forklift operator will be responsible for the overall management of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency in daily logistics operations. Key responsibilities include receiving goods, verifying their condition and quantity against delivery notes, as well as optimally organizing products on designated shelves and storage areas. Additionally, the operator will prepare orders for dispatch by withdrawing items from inventory and placing them in loading areas, always maintaining strict control over available stock to prevent shortages or material overstocking. Another key activity involves operating warehouse management systems (WMS) to record incoming goods, outgoing goods, and internal movements, ensuring full traceability of all items. The professional will also participate in periodic inventory tasks, assisting with physical counts to ensure alignment with computerized records and reporting any discrepancies identified. The position requires constant adherence to safety regulations, maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area and operating machinery responsibly to prevent accidents. The role involves coordination with planning, production, and transportation departments, serving as a fundamental link to ensure smooth material flow and timely fulfillment of established deadlines. The offered gross annual salary is €20.500. Employment is direct and permanent with the company. Working hours are organized on a rotating fifth-shift schedule, involving rotations among morning, afternoon, and night shifts. A valid forklift operator license is required, along with at least one year of demonstrable experience operating front-end and reach forklifts. Completion of primary education is mandatory, and a sufficient level of Castilian Spanish is required to understand technical instructions and documentation.
