IT Technician

Description

The position is part of the technology department of a company in Paterna. The selected candidate will be responsible for participating in the management, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the corporate technological infrastructure. This includes providing comprehensive technical support to end users and collaborating in the implementation of new IT projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency. Tasks include administering users and permissions in internal systems, resolving incidents, installing and configuring equipment, and maintaining operating systems and business-critical environments. Coordination with external vendors and contribution to digitalization and process automation initiatives are also required. Enterprise technologies such as ERP will be used in an environment that prioritizes system stability and security. Initial employment is through a temporary staffing agency for a duration of four months, with the possibility of transitioning to the company's permanent staff. Working hours are full-time, Monday to Friday, from 7:00 to 15:00, with a gross hourly wage of 10.52 euros. A Higher Vocational Training qualification in Information Technology, Application Development, Computer Systems Administration, or a similar degree is required. A minimum of two years of professional experience in IT departments or equivalent technical roles is mandatory, with practical knowledge and specific hands-on experience working with the ERP Business Central system. Additionally, the candidate must possess solid expertise in user administration, technical support, incident resolution, networks, systems, servers, and Windows environments, as well as proficient use of office productivity tools and corporate applications.
