This is a newly created position offering real influence, team leadership, and direct participation in strategic projects. You will join an IT department of approximately 40 people, report directly to the IT Manager, and coordinate a small technical team.
The role combines people management, advanced systems administration, and project leadership. Therefore, we seek a candidate who wishes to lead without disengaging from the technical side.
What will be your mission?
Ensure a robust, secure, available, and scalable technological infrastructure, guaranteeing system continuity and driving its evolution in alignment with organizational needs.
Simultaneously, you will lead and develop the technical team, promoting a culture of collaboration, accountability, service orientation, and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
Lead and support the systems team, organizing priorities, resources, and workloads.
Drive the professional development of team members and foster their autonomy and high performance.
Administer and evolve the technological infrastructure, ensuring its reliability, security, and scalability.
Manage Windows Server and Linux environments, on-premise and hybrid infrastructures, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Work with virtualization technologies including VMware, Nutanix, or Hyper-V.
Lead and execute projects related to virtualization, containers, communications, networking, and cybersecurity.
Oversee the technical layer of various corporate applications, SQL databases, permissions, integrations, and SAP environments.
Guarantee compliance with service-level agreements and ensure agile incident management, especially in critical situations.
Coordinate maintenance activities, infrastructure changes, and interventions that may impact operational continuity.
Analyze support service data to identify recurring incidents, detect patterns, and initiate improvements.
Manage technology vendors, outsourced services, and service-level agreements.
Keep area procedures, protocols, and technical documentation up to date.
Evaluate new solutions and technologies that can deliver efficiency, security, or strategic value.
Collaborate on cross-functional projects and align technological evolution with organizational objectives.
Foster a close, solution-oriented, and internal customer experience–focused relationship.
University degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum five years’ experience in systems administration, IT infrastructure, or similar roles.
Experience in environments with critical operations, high availability, or heavy dependence on systems.
Solid knowledge of Windows, Linux, SQL, virtualization, Cisco networking, and on-premise or hybrid infrastructures.
Experience working with SAP environments from a technical perspective: systems, permissions, infrastructure, or integrations.
Experience managing vendors, incidents, maintenance, and service commitments.
Ability to lead people and projects while maintaining direct involvement in technical aspects.
Internal customer orientation, communication skills, and ability to interact effectively with diverse departments and stakeholders.
Problem-solving, flexible, collaborative, and proactive profile.
Ability to make decisions and act calmly during critical incidents.
Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation and perform occasional maintenance outside regular hours or during weekends.
We will also value professionals from technology consulting who have managed complex clients, infrastructure projects, multiple vendors, and high-demand situations.
Permanent contract.
Stable, newly created position.
Highly competitive compensation, commensurate with experience and contribution.
Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.
Working hours Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00, with flexible start time.
Hybrid work model, with approximately one day of telework per week.
Leadership of a team of one to five people.
Direct participation in strategic and technological transformation projects.
Environment featuring complex infrastructure, real technical challenges, and decision-making authority.
Flexible compensation plan offering options such as medical insurance, dental insurance, and childcare vouchers.
Real opportunities for development and growth within the IT area.
We seek a person who views technology as a tool serving people and the organization — a professional capable of leading, listening, solving problems, and building infrastructure ready for present and future challenges.
