Key Responsibilities:
1. Administer and supervise physical and virtual servers (Windows/Linux).
2. Manage network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, VPN).
3. Define, implement, and monitor backup policies and DRP.
**IT Infrastructure Lead**
==========================
Responsible for administering, maintaining, and optimizing the company's technology infrastructure—including servers, operating systems, networks, and storage platforms. The primary function is to ensure the availability, security, and efficiency of IT systems, supporting internal users and ensuring business operational continuity.
### **Responsibilities**
* Administer and supervise physical and virtual servers (Windows/Linux), ensuring proper operation, availability, and updates.
* Manage network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, VPN), guaranteeing connectivity, security, and communication stability.
* Manage virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper\-V, Proxmox, etc.) and cloud environments (Microsoft Azure, Microsoft M365, Amazon AWS, Google Cloud), optimizing resources.
* Monitor performance, capacity, and availability of critical systems, anticipating incidents and applying preventive improvements.
* Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and corporate applications, ensuring compatibility and continuity in business processes.
* Define, implement, and monitor backup policies, data recovery, and business continuity plans (BCP/DRP).
* Administer users, permissions, and access in Active Directory and other authentication systems, maintaining information security.
* Coordinate and execute technology improvement projects, including infrastructure migrations, upgrades, and deployments.
* Implement and apply security patches, firmware updates, and configurations that reduce cybersecurity risks.
* Collaborate closely with the cybersecurity team in detecting, preventing, and resolving security incidents.
* Track and keep hardware, software, and license inventories up to date, ensuring traceability and legal compliance.
* Provide advanced technical support to helpdesk teams and key users in resolving complex incidents.
* Document technical procedures, configurations, incidents, and infrastructure changes for future reference.
* Participate in internal and external technical audits, ensuring compliance with IT regulations and standards.
* Evaluate new technologies and implement infrastructure improvements to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.
* Manage MDM for end-user devices (Windows, MAC…) and mobile endpoints.
### **Minimum Requirements**
* Education: University degree or Higher Vocational Training in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Programming, or related fields.
* Languages: English – Intermediate level.
* Minimum 4\-5 years of experience in similar roles. (Specify minimum 2 years of experience for this vacancy).
* Experience managing Windows/Linux servers, networks, storage, and virtualization.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
### **Desirable**
* Additional Qualifications: Certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, etc.
* Security software (Darktrace, Vectra, Zscaler, CrowdStrike…).
* Network management experience with Alcatel, Cisco, Meraki, etc.
