We are seeking an **Infrastructure Engineer**, whose primary mission will be to **maintain, optimize, and ensure the stability of Beservices’ and our clients’ systems**, collaborating within a team to guarantee continuity, security, and performance. **Details** ------------ Work schedule: Full-time Working hours: Flexible Department: Technical Contract type: Permanent Location: Barcelona **What we offer you:** -------------------------------- * Competitive compensation aligned with your experience. * Hybrid work model. * Official training and certifications. * Collaborative and approachable work environment. * Permanent contract and flexibility. * Intensive Friday schedule, reduced summer hours, and a birthday day off. * Offices in Barcelona. **Your role will be:** -------------- You will collaborate on the administration, maintenance, and evolution of IT infrastructures, ensuring that our organization and clients operate in **stable, secure, and efficient** technological environments. * **Administer and maintain On-Premise infrastructures:** virtualization, networking, and storage. * **Implement, configure, and maintain IT solutions** in complex, high-performance environments. * **Design system and infrastructure architectures** for **Linux** and **Windows** environments. * **Manage Cloud environments** and ensure resource optimization. * **Ensure quality and stability** during system and technology project deployments. * **Automate processes and deployments** using integration and configuration tools. * **Maintain and support continuous integration platforms**, such as **Jenkins** and **GitLab**, among others. * **Monitor and enhance perimeter security** of systems. * Collaborate with project teams to ensure **efficiency, performance, and security** in every delivery. **What we require from you:** -------------------------------- * **+3 years of experience** in IT infrastructure administration, design, or maintenance. * Solid knowledge of **networking, data centers, virtualization, and storage**. * Experience with **On-Premise infrastructures** and **Cloud** environments. * Advanced knowledge of **perimeter security** and best practices for data protection. * Experience with **virtualization** using **VMware** and **Nutanix**. * Knowledge of **application and system architecture design**. * Experience with **monitoring tools**, such as **Grafana, Zabbix, Nagios**, or similar. * Proficiency in **PowerShell** and process automation. * A **proactive, organized, solution-oriented, and communicative** profile, capable of teamwork and efficient project management. **Will you join our team?**
