Your mission will be to design and implement intelligent solutions based on TIBCO and API Management technologies, supported by AI agents, enabling application development and integrations across/on-premises and corporate systems. Within our scope of operation, the People \& Culture Technology Department is responsible for both maintaining and evolving critical applications supporting People \& Culture processes, and developing new digital projects and solutions aimed at improving efficiency, service quality, and employee experience. We are redefining how we work through innovation, cutting-edge technology, collaboration, and the freedom to explore new ideas. **In this role, your key responsibilities will include:** * Develop end-to-end solutions using **TIBCO BW and API Management technologies**. * Participate in the **technical design** of applications. * Collaborate on integration with on-premises and corporate systems. * Ensure code quality through testing (unit, integration). * Identify and resolve incidents and issues in production environments. * Apply development best practices (clean code, security, performance). * Document developments technically following Group standards and collaborate on testing and integration tasks. * Participate in continuous deployment and technical support alongside DevOps teams, ensuring quality and efficiency. * Propose continuous improvements aimed at optimizing processes, systems, and tools. * Participate in technological modernization initiatives within the area, identifying opportunities for automation, efficiency, and reduction of operational risk. **WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM** Our people are our greatest strength. We value proactivity, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams. **Professional Experience** * Advanced experience in development with **TIBCO BusinessWorks (5 and 6) and TIBCO BusinessWorks Container Edition** (Minimum 7 years) (required) * Advanced experience in development with **IBM API Connect and WS02 API Manager Suite** (Minimum 7 years) (required) * Experience using the AI software development agent **Devin AI** (required) * Experience designing solutions in **microservices architectures** (required) * Functional knowledge of **HR / People \& Culture processes** in global corporate environments, preferably within Santander Group or large-scale financial institutions. (required) * Knowledge of the **Workday system and its integrations** (required) * Experience in **employee lifecycle processes**, including onboarding, offboarding, organizational changes, internal mobility, manager changes, position changes, cost center changes, and contractual data updates. (required) * Ability to understand, document, and validate functional requirements associated with **integrations between Workday**, TIBCO, and corporate systems **consuming HR information**. (required) * Proven experience analyzing functional incidents related to employee data, **HR Core processes**, organizational structures, reporting, and integration flows between systems. (required) * Proficiency with **relational databases**.
