Job Summary: We are seeking a technical leader for large-scale HVAC projects, responsible for technical analysis, sizing, drawing preparation, and on-site construction supervision in Madrid. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leads technical design of large-scale HVAC projects. 2. Collaborates with the commercial team to develop robust technical proposals. 3. We seek the person who will lead this technical expansion. **What Will Be Your Main Responsibilities?** * Technical analysis and sizing of direct-expansion HVAC systems (splits, ducted units, VRV), air-to-water, and water-based systems (aerotermia, underfloor heating, radiators); * Thermal load calculations, system selection, and installation sizing; * Preparation of drawings, installation schematics, and technical documentation; * Technical site supervision, primarily in high-end Retail and Residential sectors in Madrid, with very occasional travel to Barcelona and Valencia; * Application and interpretation of current regulations: RITE, CTE DB-HS, F-Gas, and relevant regional regulations; * Technical support in budget evaluation and deviation detection; * Collaboration with the commercial team to ensure technical robustness of proposals; * Project management and tracking in Holded and HubSpot; * Development and automation of calculation and design tools. **What Are We Looking For?** * Minimum 2 years of demonstrable experience in HVAC and/or aerotermia projects; * Proficiency in thermal load calculation and installation sizing tools; * Experience using manufacturers’ technical software for equipment selection; * Ability to interpret installation schematics and prepare project documentation; * Applied knowledge of regulations: RITE, F-Gas, ASHRAE, CTE; * Familiarity with management tools such as Holded, HubSpot, or similar; * Problem-solving mindset, autonomy, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; * Proficient use of AutoCAD; * Valid driver’s license. It Would Be a Plus If You Had (Not required — no need to worry) * Experience with aerotermia integrated with underfloor heating or domestic hot water (DHW); * Knowledge of control and regulation systems (BMS, KNX, remote management); * Technical English (reading manufacturer datasheets and documentation); * PRL 20h or 60h course specific to HVAC/plumbing. **Where?** In Madrid, Calle Antonio López, with a flexible remote work policy adaptable per week. Work is primarily office-based, complemented by on-site visits across Madrid. **When?** As soon as possible. **Terms** * Permanent full-time contract; * Annual gross salary between €25,000 and €30,000, depending on candidate profile; * Monthly gross bonus of up to 30% based on performance objectives; * Career development and growth opportunities within the company.
