#### **Mission** Drive the commercial development of the business in the assigned sector or region, identifying business development opportunities, preparing proposals to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to the company’s results. #### **Responsibilities** * Collaborate in developing the Commercial Plan for the sector under your management scope, analyzing the potential market, competitors, and their offerings. * Propose business development opportunities for each market within your management scope. * Analyze the company’s available resources to deliver new services and, if necessary, seek support from partners or collaborators. * Execute the client visit plan in coordination with business units and participate in follow-up meetings. * Collaborate with the Contracting Department in the company’s qualification processes with clients or public bodies. * Collaborate with the Contracting Department in tendering processes, participating in technical visits, proposal defense and negotiation, and delivering value-added proposals. * Conduct commercial presentations and specific marketing actions. * Participate in conferences and seminars to position the company as a market leader. #### **What We Offer** * Competitive remuneration * Access to CreZe’s catalog of training courses in technical, digital, soft skills, and language subjects. * Access to the 'Benefits Pool' and the 'Flexible Compensation Plan'. * Assignment of a buddy to accompany you throughout your journey, supporting your professional and personal development during your first months. * Access to the Employee Assistance Program for you and your family, offering free financial, legal, and psychological counseling. * Professional development and career progression supported by top industry professionals. #### **Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Sciences, Business Administration and Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * **Additional education:** A Master’s degree in Waste Management and Treatment or Environmental Management is desirable. * **Specific knowledge:** Environmental regulations and Quality and Environmental Management Systems. * **Languages:** Minimum English proficiency level C1\. * **Experience:** 3 years of experience in commercial and business development roles. * **Corporate competencies:** Entrepreneurial action, results-oriented work, cooperation, communication, understanding context and relationships.
