The main responsibilities of this position involve using forklifts to efficiently load and unload goods within a logistics warehouse environment. Staff will be responsible for safely handling products, ensuring they reach their correct destination within the facility. This role is essential to daily operational flow, directly contributing to the supply chain and meeting established deadlines for order preparation. Work takes place in a dynamic environment where precision and attention to detail are critical to prevent damage to goods and optimize available warehouse space. In addition to material handling tasks, maintaining a basic record of product references is required, involving cross-checking with corresponding documentation to ensure inventory accuracy. This process helps maintain stock integrity and facilitates more effective logistics management. The position demands a methodical approach to following established safety procedures, operating machinery carefully to protect both the operator and coworkers. The work environment may be physically demanding, with periods of continuous activity, so stamina and the ability to work productively throughout the entire work shift are valued. A valid forklift operator license is mandatory, along with at least one year of practical experience in a similar role. A minimum educational requirement is completion of high school (Bachillerato) or a Medium-Level Vocational Training Cycle (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Medio). Additionally, basic user-level computer skills—especially in the Microsoft Office suite—are required; familiarity with enterprise resource planning systems such as SAP is considered valuable but not mandatory.
